Hypnotherapy

How does it work?

When someone is hypnotized, basically the brain waves are slowing down. When the brain waves slow down, the body relaxes, the conscious mind gets quiet, and the subconscious mind opens up to receive new suggestions. Hypnosis puts us in an altered state of consciousness to allow us to access the unconscious part of our mind, which facilitates necessary adjustments, downloads resources, changing certain behaviours, limiting beliefs and perceptions, to improve our quality of life.

This is always according to the will and values of the subject.

It is a gentle and effective approach during which the customer is always in complete control.

In the majority of cases, 4 to 6 consultations achieve results.
