Kinesiology of Reprogramming

George J. Goodheart, a chiropractor, originated applied kinesiology in 1964.

Kinesiology, also known as biomechanics, is the study of body movement. Applied kinesiology (AK) which is also know as muscle strength testing, is a method based on the belief that various muscles are linked to particular organs and glands.

He would ask a question to the person to get an answer yes or no with the muscle testing.

Since then, there are other ways of testing with the fingers to obtain answers, because we are working with the subconscious mind and not the mental. It is a very powerful tool.  There is no limit to what we can questioned and test. The amazing thing is, that even if the person does not understand or believe in it, it works.

Kinesiology can cut straight to the point, and help you clear any subconscious blockages that may be preventing you from moving forwards.

I think one of the reasons Kinesiology is so effective is that it works with the subconscious mind (via muscle testing).
